Politically Incorrect?

I seem to recall having read the following little poem very early in my life. I can't find anything near to it on the internet. Here's my transcription of it, as best as I can recall it:

I do all I kin do.

Where my shirt and pants don't meet,

I make my little skin do."

There was an accompanying line drawing of a boy wearing shirt and pants that didn't meet at the waist.
